Finished my basement a few years ago by myself. Started kitchen remodel today. I am knocking down half a wall to open up the kitchen to the living area. What this will leave me on the kitchen side of the shared wall is enough wall for the refrigerator. If I recall, does code require a outlet on any wall over 24"? If so does the outlet behind the refrigerator halfway up the wall count? Am I going to have to add a more accessible outlet?
BTW was confident going in that I could relocate or terminate wiring after the basement project but didn't know about any this multiwire circuit stuff. Thought I would share! Haha
