Hi guys,

I need your help. Apparently I lost power to all the outlets in my bathroom.

I checked all the GFCI's that I can find in the home beginning with the bathrooms, kitchen, and garage. None had the little red light indicator on, however I reset them all just to be sure.

I also checked the breaker panel and it doesn't appear that any of the breakers were tripped.

I'm stumped! Can anyone offer some feedback or guidance on what it might be?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

My home was built in 2012.

My guess would be that a wire has come loose. Your wall outlets probably have the push in type wire connections. These can corrode and come loose over time. Also, you should unplug everything on those circuits and try to reset them again.

Thanks for your feedback everyone.

I tested the outlet with an outlet tester and it was not receiving any voltage.

However, when testing the physical hot wire I noticed it was receiving power.

Long story short, the gfci recepticle was bad. Once replaced, all was good again.
