I got a drip from my 7-8 year old Lyndsay shower valve. I have seen a couple comments that a stop adjustment might fix the issue or simple replacement of some O-rings in the base of the cartridge. Supposedly has a lifetime warranty but Jacuzzi wants a receipt which I can not find. So, I kind of hate to take stuff like this apart without having replacement parts and it seems almost impossible to track down the potential part. I did find some background info that says Jacuzzi uses a mix of other manufacturer parts for their faucets so there is a possibility an XYZ brand part might be the same thing, but I can not find any cross reference. I am hoping somebody might have faced this issue. The Jacuzzi model is noted above, the manufacturer number is F1AAF509NP, which does get you to the described item. On line info suggests this uses a 40mm generic ceramic cartridge. Generic???? Sure. I got the parts list and the possible needs are a Ceramic disk cartridge A507193 or cartridge A507040. I suppose last resort is....uuugghhhhh....change out the whole mess with a more reputable brand. I am hoping somebody can help before I get to that.

I got feed back from Jacuzzi, the part is like $70. Poking around I found there is a 'generic' replacement that is the same for several other brands (Aquasource and others) of faucets at Home Depot and Amazon for about $40. I ordered the HD part with my military discount. We'll see how this works. The specific part is A507193, according to the Jacuzzi note says 42 mm but other listings say 40mm with the exact same part number. If I think of it, I will measure when I get it. One listing says Danze, I believe the generic is a Danco .https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31NPYv4j9+L._AC_US100_AA50_.jpg
