Hi,
The string broke on one of my window blinds. From doing some research, I think what I have is the Thomas Sanderson cellular window blind with the friction-fit knot system. It consists of two cords running through the blinds. They pull up and down from a grip on the bottom of the actual cellular blind, with tension holding them in place. The bottom frame piece has a tension spring (but no tension screw, it's just knotted). I haven't removed the top frame yet.
I have some 1.2mm string arriving soon.
Does anyone know how to rethread (most of the string pulled out so I don't know how it was threaded)?
Photos attached. Thanks for any help.
