Rust in saucepan

I’m hoping to get rid of some saucepans I have a set of them I don’t use anymore, there’s nothing wrong with them other than in one of them there is one dot of exposed metal and it’s rusted, wondering what can be done about it, I’ve been to a few places and rust eater seems to be hard to come by, I might have to look on Amazon but I’m not sure if using rust eater would be a good idea or good enough for a container that’s gonna be used for food preparing, what would you guys do in this circumstance?
