Need help with cheap/easy storage

I live in a condo, and we are being forced to put storage lockers at the ends of our parking spaces. the cost is $828 for an 8'(w) x 3'(d) x (6'(h) plywood box!!

So looks like I'll be building my own.

I have a corner lot - so the back and one side of the "box" will be the existing concrete.

I have next to zero experience building things, and I'm not sure how to build a solid " L " shape that won't fall over.

Hi Mike,
If it is possible for you to make holes in the ground and walls you could then seal in the timber.Then screwing the plywood onto them.
