How do I build this shelf?

Does anyone know how I can DIY a floating shelf unit like this? I'm new to building and not quite sure where to begin!

It looks quite straight forward. But I doubt it. The measurements would have to be so precise, otherwise it'd look odd.

It's a modular construction, lots of holes in the battons to put the shelves at different heights. Obtaining the brackets might be a problem.

It's not something I'd attempt with basic DIY tools. The cost of the finished hardwood materials could probably work out as expensive as buying it ready made.

Looks like fancy Spur stuff.
Interesting to see what happens when someone tries watering the plant on the top.
Looks like a lot of potential for soggy shelves. No sign of saucers etc.

And they are not floatong shelves, which could cause problems when looking for brackets/supports/systems using that term...
