Vinyl Wrapping an IKEA Table?

Has anyone tried to use vinyl to refinish an old table? In the YouTube video below they make it seem easy:

IKEA Table Vinyl Wrap

Has anyone had any experience with this? I know RM Wraps (I think that's the name) does custom printed refrigerator wraps. Is this the same film?
