So I’m a real novice at DIY and need advice I have a small lean to I want to put vinyl down in, the floor was uneven and gets damp (as I found out when removing old flooring) I put a membrane down and covered it with self levelling but it was only 1mm thick and has already cracked I am thinking to now concrete over is that possible??
