Timber shelves installation

I am going to use London Brackets to install shelves on a wall. What size would be recommended? I have attached a picture of the sizes.

I was thinking of: 150mm x 125mm (The 150mm side of the bracket can go onto the shelf and the 125mm can go on the wall

Shelf dimensions: 600mm x 300mm x 16mm (L/W/H)

I am NOT going to put heavy items on the shelf. Just mainly bedsheets, towels etc.

IIR all of those brackets have a load rating so choose the load rating that will pass the load rate then choose the one that's most appealing to your eye.
