Noryne mobile home electric furnace. Relay burnt, i changed it now the fan doesnt come on.

Relay burnt, i changed it now the fan doesnt come on. Also when I flip the breaker on at yht handler. The heat kits comes on with the thermostat set on off. I don't get it
