Hi!

Due to a faulty tap, my kitchen worktop has started to rot and the tap can no longer sit on the work top without falling down into it. I have had countless people in to look at it with a view of removing the counter completely and replacing it but am constantly let down. I am getting desperate now and was wondering if it is possible to use expanding foam under the tap to fill the hole and then use a filler to level it off as a temporary fix as it is just getting worse and it looks like finding someone to fit a new work top is going to take time.

Thanks for any advice!
