tool/technique for attaching phone wire?

The red, yellow, green, black phone wires are about the thickness of a hair. My attempts to strip and tighten under the screw breaks the tiny wires. The wires need to run from the phone company's service box outside my house to the wall outlet that the phone plugs into.

Buy a stripper for the telephone wire . Wrap the stripped / bare wire around the screw head ( under the screw head ) . Tighten the screw firmly . Remember , you are not tightening down a head bolt on a car .

Just requires a little practice .
