Just wondring if the recent increase in electricity price will impact on the use of the domestic power tools such as using shop vacs, power hose, electric drills and saws ...etc.
It is now 4 times the price of electricity compared to the last month, and they say it will keep going up.
Do we have to watch what power tools we use and for how long to monitor how much it will all add up to the electricity bills?

Any electric appliance/tool that heats is the worst killer for your electric bill.

Examples: Portable electric heaters, elec frying pans, toasters, blow dryers, kilns, ovens & range tops, heat guns, curling irons, cloths irons, cloths dryers, griddles, etc.....

For domestic power tools = larger natured motor loads are a killer; like table saws, self-standing jointers, self standing thickness plainers, large dust collectors. Welders are heavy elec users too. Any portable handheld device/tool isn't too much to worry about though.
