How to fix a Showerlux shower door that comes off its runners

I've a Showerlux Glide Twin Door shower that's approx 5 years old. It's a corner unit with two sliding doors. Recently one of the doors has started to come off the runners when it goes round the corner. I can pop it back on, but it just comes off again next time I move the shower door. I just can't work out what's happened, or what's needed to fix it. The other door seems fine. Any suggestions please? I'm in Dorset, England.
