Last night we had a rain storm, when I came home I saw that our alarm system was on backup power. I checked the breaker and nothing was tripped. However I have unplugged everything from the garage and laundry room and the GFCI will not reset. I have a freezer full that is going bad is there a fi I can handle or do I need an electrician.
