Garage door locks

I have a lock in my garagedoor but the key has long been lost. Therefore I can't open it anymore from the outside. I'd like to replace the lock but I don't know what kind of lock this is. Does anyone know what this kind of lock is called? The first attached picture shows the lock when it's locked, the second when it's open and the third shows the outside.

I guess the company in Gent no longer exists, therefore the next best idea is to ask a locksmith.
