garage door gap

I have Stanley 3100 premier digital opener(25yr+). I want to close a two inch gap at the bottom. How is it done step by step?

Is the rest of the alignment ok? If so, you could add some garage door seals to the bottom - that would be the easiest way. You can buy "brush" or "rubber" type seals - I personally prefer the brush ones, and indeed use them on my own garage. They look a bit like this (most will do from 1/2 to 2 inch depth):
