DIY Cyclecar/Cyclekart

Sorry I couldn't describe it in detail because I don't know much about mechanics nor what tool I may needed. I want to turn a regular pedal-driven bicycle into a car in appearance, I am not sure that what I have stated is exactly the equivalent of the cyclecar, cuz I don't want it to be electric specifically. Anyway, this ignorance may cause me to be reprimanded by some, I'm ready for it, just teach me.
