Attaching a chrome garment rail to a wall

Hi,

I've recently purchased a chrome wall mounted 4ft garment rail which does not come with screws supplied.

I'm hoping someone could advise me on what drill bit, screw/wall plug I should use for attaching this rail to a plaster covered granite wall.
