Help attaching ulano water soluble film

Hey guys I want to attach Ulanocut Green Water-Soluble Film to a screen. Is lacquer thinner to attach the film to the screen or to remove it? Just want to make sure. I know there is the Sta Sharp adhering liquid, but are there any alternatives of water soluble film manufacturers? Also, what do you guys use to attach to the screen? Thanks
