Wall mounting on finsihed basement walls

Hello everyone,

I ran some searches before posting. Please take it easy on me if I missed any pertinent threads.

The basement is finished in my home and I'm interested in mounting some shelving units to the wall. My concern is whether these walls would be any less capable of supporting the weight than any other walls in the house. Best I can tell, the frame for the wall is built to the block wall behind it, if that matters.

Any thoughts? Anything I can or should check for?
