Wall mounting bracket

I have a heavy duty coat shelf which I need to hang. It has the attached brackets already fitted. Any suggestions of what I need to fix it to the wall? Screwfix have a mounting bracket but doesn't fit? Thanks in advance!

It looks like it's supposed to have a complementary bit that screws to the wall. If for some reason you don't have the other parts you may need to find a completely alternative way to fix the shelf.
