Tap adapter to increase diameter?

Hi, I need to plumb a fridge freezer and was going to run it from the tap in garage. I bought a 3/4" two way splitte4, but it's too big for the existing tap. I know you can get reducers, but can you get adapters to step up diameter...photos attached.

Also, would anyone care to guess the tap diameter, I'm assuming 1/2"

You know what makes sense, don't you... ;)

Remove the tap and elbow, and use a 15mm-¾" Y-adaper/splitter, with a 15mm compression or solder fitting. Or if such a thing doesn't exist, remove stuff as said, and fit a regular ¾" appliance connector to the 15mm pipe, and use the splitter you have.
