Hi, I'm thinking of soundproofing the wall between us and our neighbours.....they are not particuarly noisy, but we can hear their television and radio......thinking of using Soundbloc plasterboard, on 1" battens, do I really need to fill the void between the wall and the plasterboard with anything, or will the Soundbloc, maybe double thickness, be enough on it's own ?
