Oven door hinge stuck open

My DCS double wall oven door will not close. I opened the bottom oven door, to remove lunch and then the door will not close! It is stuck completely open and will not budge even a little! I made sure that the door hinge locks are in the unlocked position! Please help me get the door to close! Thanks so much!
