We are working on a Merrychef E4 that will not run a recommission test, the on screen button is grayed out and will not start the test.
The original problem was a bad cavity sensor, we replaced it and the oven seems to be operating normally but I'd like to be able to run the test just to be sure.
Any ideas what the problem could be? Factory says unplug it and plug it back in.
