I have six recessed lights in my kitchen ceiling. About a week or so ago, I noticed that when I first turn them on in the morning (or after they have been off for a while) they all flicker rapidly, and then after 30 secs or so they flicker more slowly, and then eventually it stops and they work fine. Almost like they flicker until they warm up. Nothing has changed from an electrical standpoint in the house, this just started out of the blue. No other lights in the house have this problem, including lights on the same circuit . Also, these are just standard lights, not LEDs. Thoughts?
