How do I replace this door?

Hi all I need a new back door for security and warmth. Do I have to take out the whole frame including this window as it's all part of the same frame? I'm not a DIY expert so this will be fitted by someone competent but I do not know what to buy!! What am I measuring and what exactly am I buying? Please help.
Wish I'd tidied up a bit before I took the picture but hey ho
