i have recently had a plumber out to fix my heatig. The problem seemed to be the fuse. After a few days the problem reoccurred so i tried to change the fuse myself and accidently used a 13amp fuse instead of 3amp fuse. this has blown the fuse and when i have changed it to the correct fuse it is not working. What do i need to do to get this fixed?

Suggest you get your plumber back and explain what you have done ! It looks like you have a faulty component in your system or boiler, or possibly a slight water leak next to a component eg pump, zone valve, boiler circuit board, ect dripping on the electrics and shorting out. There is a chance that the large fuse you fitted has also blown the programmer if it is a digital - electronic one. If its a combi boiler they usually have small fuses in the PCB.
