I want to make an electric surfboard. Not for surfing but as a platform for spearfishing. I have bought 3 units of the DIY thruster with the DT700 engine. My question is what battery to use as it is preferred to be lightweight but powerful and long lasting. Should i use a motorcycle 12v battery or a battery pack and what amp/hour to use?
I am not an electrical engineer but will learn fast
