While ago I noticed a crack on the external wall. In the last 3 months it’s grown a lot. In the last month I’ve noticed a crack on the inside of the upstairs bedroom which has now become larger. Can anyone tell me what I need to do. Which tradesman I need to call and what qualification and experience to look for?

I can tell you what NOT to do. Don’t spackle over it and ignore it. A part of your foundation is moving. The safest thing you can do is find a company that specializes in foundations.
