Hi all, wondering if anyone has any thoughts on might be causing this large crack in my wall. I've attached a photo. honestly, I'm at a loss of how to address this? looking at the outside, the crack doesn't seem to go all the way through, and the crack is dry, so I don't think there is any moisture getting in. any advice on who to call/what to do? if you look at the attached you will notice the crack and also the ceiling in the corner has turned a light brown color.
