installing canarm 60hpwp fan with frmc5 controller. I have 12/2 power leg, 12/4 going to fan on a 15 amp circuit. I am on my second controller and the fan still will not run. I have power on incoming black, but no power on outgoing yellow. I checked with ohm meter on second switch between black and yellow and did not have continuity, even before installation. Can I be unlucky enough to get 2 bad controllers?
