So I've noticed a leak directly under where the bath is upstairs and seen that it is sealed with a plastic flap thing that seems to be grouted in between the tiles and is on an angle against the bath, can anyone advise what I should do? It doesn't look like this strip will come off easily can I seal over it? Suggestions please
