Remove old sealant strip from bathtub

HI there, any idea how to remove this? And also where to buy a new strip from?

Or can i remove and just use a standard sealant?

As you can see, its not a sealant but rather a strip of some sort

What you need a the tool for removing and re-applying the silicone.
