Advice needed re latexing please!

Hello! Please see attached photos. We are lifting an awful existing floor which has literally been glued within an inch of its life to the concrete underneath! Hard job but we are getting through it. We are replacing with a high end laminate in a light oak colour so need to ensure the floor is smooth throughout. We have been advised by a few people the floor now needs to be levelled by using latex. As this is all new to us would appreciate any views on the attached pics before we start getting into the conversations/quotes. We are looking to latex about 90 sq metres. Thanks in advance!
