I would like to use a B&D 20v lithium batter for another use. I tried to use a voltmeter to figure the output but was unsuccessful. I have purchased a B&D charger to mod to plug the battery into so I can get power from it. Anyone know how to get the output of this battery? Thanks

Thats probably a MAX reading like the 18V Dewalt batteries - 20V in US they are 20V max on full charge but nominally 18V on load, see here https://toolguyd.com/dewalt-20v-max-18v/
