Lawnmower/strimmer voltage

G'day

I moved into a house with a couple of gardens, which is a first for me. I need to buy a lawnmower and strimmer. The lawnmower and strimmer I'm looking at both use 240v, but looking up voltage for the UK three-pin socket, I see they operate at 230v. Does this mean I won't be able to use these tools?

Any advice much appreciated.

The units will be fine. Manufacturers don't always refer to voltages exactly as they are measured. No worry's, plug them in.
