My house is not quite 5 years. This summer my husband went to put an awning over the back deck and found a spot where the OSB was soaked. He took the Sheetrock off from inside, and the insulation was dry. He also climbed into the attic and everything was perfectly dry there also. We hired someone to come in and fix the problem. The guy said that there was a problem with the gutters so we had them taken off. This was the beginning of December. Yesterday my husband went to check the spot in the bathroom because we had gotten a bunch of rain and it is drenched worst than before. What could be causing the problem?
