Hi!

I have had a little patch, about the size of a large coin on my exterior kitchen wall, then keeps pushing outwards/cracking/splitting. If I repair it with filler, it’s fine for about a month, then gradually happens again.

Any ideas? Photos attached.

It looks like there is more going on with this wall than just the patch job. You have mildew by the door and a lot of other damaged areas present under the paint. My guess is that there is some rotten wood behind the wallboard. If you want a permanent fix, you are going to have to pull that wallboard off and see what is behind it.

Hi
I think you need to dig a bit more of the plaster out so you can see what is going on underneath. I would then paint the brick with PVA and re-plaster the area
