Shed conversion with ridge vent

I am planning to convert the shed to a Air Conditioned office, it has ridge vent with bare walls/ceilings and I am not sure what to do with it. I'm going to insulate the entire shed and put finished walls/ceilings. Is there a way to seal up the ridge vent or do I leave it in place.
