My 2x3m roof terrace is 8 yrs old, but the building has settled and now about half the terrace forms puddles that do not drain. The construction is foamed glass in bitumen, covered by roof felt and lead flashing at the edges, . The top surface is Ryburn rubber tiles some of which are lifting.
1. What should I do to make the terrace drain properly.
2. Is there a better alternative to the rubber tiles.
