Removing dried Silicone sealant from tile surface..?

They are ceramic matt tiles & are smeared quite extensively with the Silicone sealant, would I need a specialist cleaning solution for this job or could I use some household detergent etc.

There are special removers for this, try Screwfix catalogue number 88987.

Thanks for the help, a few people have suggested WD40.. does this work? it's certainly a lot cheaper than the other stuff

I doubt it. You could try it if you like, just don't get any on the grout.
