PVD Door leaking underneath

I had some windows and a door fitted in 2008 by a local company. Unfortunately since the door was put in it has leaked ever since.

I have had the company around many times saying they do not know what is wrong - fitting a weather pane and sealing underneath. Cleaning drain holes etc.

However I had done a water test and the water appears to be entering mainly from the hinge side, whereas the other side is not too bad - this is a single side door.

Water appears to be coming in through the seals down the side and remaining at the bottom corner of the door. There is also water collecting at the bottom of the panel.

Can you help?

If they have been leaking since they were installed, the company should do what it takes to solve the problem... free of charge of course
