Outdoor Conduit and Outlet

I have existing outdoor power that runs underground via conduit from my building to the garage. Can I tap into the conduit above ground on the building and run a separate conduit along the building to the front for placement of an outlet? Basically I want a power source/outlet in the front of the building or close to.
