Hi, We paid a joiner to come & trim/fit our new extrenal door recently. Now I will say that neither me or the wife know anything at all about joinery or diy for that matter. So here goes.
The door has a gap of 5mm on one side (lock side) & 2mm on the other (hinge side).
Is this ok / normal?
If not is there something we can do to fill the 5mm gap as I would have thought 2mm would be better.
