Hi, we have 50mm square roses on our handles, and only 65mm width to mount them due to the rest of the door being glass. The standard latches go too far in and make the rose off-centre. So I am trying to find narrow latches that will place the rose in the middle of the 65mm width. We need narrow ones for the handles, and also one that has a bathroom thumbturn spindle hole in (which has a skinnier spindle for the thumbturn than the main handle).

Please can anyone advise of narrow door latches that would fit and fit these requirements?

I've attached photos of the door width and the handles/thumbturn.

Thank you for any help. We are in the UK.

you may well find the narrowest tubular mortce latch to have a 44mm backset, (distance from edge of door to centre of square spindle, that governs where you can put your handle, with its 50mm backplate, so a 50mm back plate on the handle protudes just over the inside edge of the door Style.Have you thought about a "ball catch" insted of the tubular latch??you can put the handle bang in the middle of the door style, make sure the handle clears the frame etc on the Front side of the door. Its also adjustable for latch pressure
