MacAllister MPS 1400 scarifier/raker, advice or where can I get a manual, please?

I need to replace the tines ...what's left of them... and am struggling to get the old ones off. They rotate on a powered bar which has a bearing at one end. I had thought/hoped that releasing the bolt at that end would release matters. No.

Any advice? B&Q have been, er, useless.
