Do 20A kill a motor that's rated for 15 amps?

Hi! So I have a 350w motor but I don't know how much current it can handle. Please can someone that's good at this answer .

should be around 3 amps. It will run fine on a 15 or 20 amp circuit. The resistance in the motor will not allow more than it needs unless it is internally shorted. In that case the motor is no good anyway.
